Design
Raytech provides design services to execute concepts that assimilate aesthetics and ergonomics. The design, based on product specifications, is complemented by engineering input to comply with functional and manufacturing requirements.
Conceptual Development
Raytech's conceptual development is an iterative process. Exploration and refinement of initial concepts are created to explore product form, function, and appearance. Conceptual and mechanical sketches, and virtual models are created to illustrate emerging aesthetic and functional concepts for client review and comment.
Form Modeling
Raytech's design team creates mock-ups during the early stages of a design program. Form study models are used to review ergonomics, aesthetics, and/or layout.
Design for Manufacturing
Designers create detailed three-dimensional computer models of parts and assemblies. The 3D CAD models, created using solid modeling software, such as SolidWorks®, are most often made into the intended manufacturing shape, including draft and other manufacturing-related features. The models are used to generate prototypes, production tooling, and presentations.
Visualization & Presentation
You can use our photo-realistic images of your product in various colors, textures, materials, and environments to create marketing materials or to raise capital support.
